The solution for recovering your data
Since 2001, we’ve been involved in a wide range of data loss scenarios, from damage with data loss to ransomware encryption.
The ransomware business started in 2019 and has required us to evolve our techniques significantly. These complex cases require us to intervene on all levels of infrastructure: servers, virtual machines, files and backups.
We have developed a suite of software that enables us to recover data encrypted by ransomware from databases, RAID systems, storage systems (NAS, DAS, SAN), virtual machines, servers, backups etc.
Our tools enable us to process files remotely.
Recovery of data and files encrypted by Ransomware.
Data recovery on RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, 60, JBOD and more.
Recovery from SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Maria DB and other databases.
Data recovery in VMDK, VDI, VHD, Hyper-V and other environments.

Recoveo FAQ
My hard disk has crashed and I can't access my data: what can I do?
If your hard disk is making unusual noises, it’s best to turn everything off and try nothing further. Only data recovery experts with the necessary skills and equipment can work on a hard drive without damaging it further, especially in a clean room. Please contact us as soon as possible for a free diagnosis of your problem. Visit our dedicated page to identify the types of hard disk failure.
What are the differences between SSD and HDD mechanisms?
The hard disk is a physical drive that has long been the only solution for storing important data. They feature mechanical parts, including a read head that moves between the center and outside of the platter at very high speed to read and write data. These read heads move across the surface of the platters on a cushion of air between 0.2 and 0.5 µm thick. All these elements are housed in a sealed shell that insulates them from dust in the ambient air, as even the smallest particle can damage the platters.
The SSD, on the other hand, is made entirely of solid-state electronics. Thanks to its flash memory chip card, it doesn’t have to mechanically search for data stored on the platters, thus achieving very high data transfer speeds. What’s more, it has no mechanical components, which makes it highly resistant to shocks, but also perfectly silent. Data is stored digitally in the same way as a USB key.
What brands and types of hard drives do you recover?
Today, only 3 major hard disk drive manufacturers remain: Western Digital, Seagate and Toshiba. Other brands, such as Samsung, Maxtor or LaCie, simply use equipment produced by these manufacturers. Our experts have over 20 years’ experience with these brands, and are able to work on all types of disk: from small 1“8 microdrives to the classic 2”5 and 3″5, in USB, SATA, IDE, and more.
What is data recovery?
Data recovery is a technical process aimed at restoring access to data lost, deleted, corrupted or rendered inaccessible on various types of storage media such as hard disks, SSDs, RAID, NAS, SAN servers… USB sticks, memory cards, and many others. At Recoveo, we understand the vital importance of your data, whether it’s business documents, personal memories or sensitive data.

What is a ransomware incident and what can Recoveo do?
A ransomware incident is a cyber attack during which malicious software encrypts a user’s or company’s data, rendering it inaccessible. The cybercriminals then demand a ransom to provide the decryption key needed to recover the data. These attacks can paralyze entire computer systems, causing significant losses, both in terms of money and data.
Â
At Recoveo, we are experts in data recovery for public and private organizations, offering effective solutions in the face of ransomware data encryption. Our approach is focused on recovering your data quickly without giving in to the demands of cybercriminals.
